- Information associated with your participating pawn shop account, including customer, loan, layaway, payment, and receipt information needed to provide the service.
- Payment information required to process payments. PawnGo does not store your complete payment card number or security code (CVV).
- Device information needed to provide app features, such as notifications and account access.
- Information used for security, troubleshooting, and support.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Authenticate your identity.
- Display your customer, loan, payment, and receipt information.
- Process payments you authorize.
- Send service-related notifications.
- Provide customer support.
- Maintain the security, reliability, and operation of the service.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Participating pawn shops to provide customer services.
- Third-party payment processors to complete authorized transactions.
- Service providers that help us operate the application, such as notification, email, hosting, and infrastructure providers.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the PawnGo service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records.
Operational pawn shop records remain the responsibility of the participating pawn shop and may be retained as required by law.
Account Deletion
You may delete your PawnGo account at any time from within the app by navigating to:
Profile → Delete Account
Deleting your PawnGo account removes your PawnGo account information. It does not delete operational pawn shop records, transaction history, or other records that participating pawn shops are required to retain.
Children's Privacy
PawnGo is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that an account has been created by someone under 18, we may remove the account and associated information as permitted by law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
